Crestmont is a friendly community on the west edge of Calgary, lending to amazing views of the Bow river valley and the Rocky mountains. With 30% of the community dedicated to green space, there is no shortage of pathways and playgrounds to enjoy. A quick commute downtown, direct access to Old Banff Coach Road, as well as a one hour drive to Banff National Park, make Crestmont a very accessible community, no matter your interests. Residents of Crestmont can enjoy an HOA-owned playground, private splash park, and a resident’s hall where many different groups and activities are held. The Crestmont Community Association is a very active association, offering 5 events throughout the year, including a neighbour day BBQ, a community cleanup, and a day especially for Kids! Membership is voluntary, with an annual fee of $25 per household.
